Gruszwil - Natural Stone Distributor

Jan 15, 2024

What is Gruszwil?

Gruszwil is a distributor of natural stone in Poland. The company operates in the B2B segment, selling stone to manufacturers across Poland. We began our collaboration at the very inception of the company in 2022. Our task was to create marketing from scratch to find new clients and establish the company as a new supplier in Poland.

Objectives:

  • Create a website and catalog

  • Develop promotional materials and launch advertisements

  • Implement an inventory management system and an application for tracking warehouse entries and exits

*Some data cannot be disclosed due to an NDA.

Stage 1 - Create a Website and Catalog

We created a website for the company using the Tilda platform, which includes a stone cost calculator based on user-provided dimensions. The site also features an order processing system connected to the company's managers.

Additionally, we designed printed materials and catalogs. All of the company's products were organized across several pages to save on printing costs.

Stage 2 - Create Promotional Materials and Launch Advertisements

We selected Google search and contextual advertising as our primary promotional channels. Keywords were chosen to avoid direct competition with major players while still reaching target users. We compiled 550 keywords with a monthly search volume of no more than 1000. This strategy attracted about 1000 new users to the site, generating 1-2 inquiries per day. After the sales department processed the inquiries, potential clients were identified and further engagement continued with them.

We also established a system for collecting client emails after the first contact with the website or manager. These emails were added to a database and personalized emails were sent out when promotions or discounts became available. If the email was not opened, a short SMS describing the promotion was sent.

Stage 3 - Implement an Inventory Management System

One of our tasks was to implement a service or application to monitor warehouse entries and exits. To achieve this, we created:

  • An inventory management table

  • A page for couriers to record sale details, amounts, and obtain client signatures on a tablet during delivery. The data is then instantly updated in the inventory table.

The entire system operates automatically and allows for report and analytics generation.

Conclusion

We fulfilled the client's request by:

  • Creating a website and product catalog

  • Establishing a steady flow of inquiries through paid advertising

  • Creating a communication tool for new and existing clients

  • Implementing an inventory management system via a web application
